Tamera Bradford brings more than seven years of clinical case management experience to her work with seniors and families. Her unique combination of clinical expertise and real estate knowledge allows her to guide clients through complex life transitions with a coordinated and compassionate approach.

Tamera began her career working with children and youth in mental health services, where she provided crisis intervention, comprehensive assessments, and care coordination for individuals experiencing psychiatric crises.
This early experience gave her a strong foundation in crisis management, family dynamics, and client-centered care—skills that remain essential when helping families navigate major life transitions.
Senior Transition Specialization
For the past four years, Tamera has served as a care manager within a state-funded transition program, assisting seniors and adults residing in skilled nursing facilities with safely transitioning back into community settings.

With experience working in both skilled nursing facilities and private home settings, Kylie understands the physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges that seniors often face during transitions.
Her credentials as both a Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) and Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) allow her to assess the whole person—not just physical abilities, but cognitive and emotional needs as well.
