Our Story
Tamera B. Senior Transitions and Move Management Services was founded by Tamera Bradford, QMHP, an experienced care manager and Licensed Real Estate Broker with Keller Williams Preferred Realty, out of a deep understanding of the challenges older adults and their families face during major life transitions.
With more than seven years of clinical case management experience and four years specializing in senior and disability-related transitions through state-funded programs, Tamera has worked closely with individuals navigating complex medical, emotional, housing, and family situations. Through that work, she saw firsthand how the right combination of professional expertise, personalized support, and coordinated planning could turn overwhelming circumstances into successful outcomes.
In partnership with licensed Occupational Therapist Kylie Carroll, OTR/L, QMHP, and a trusted interdisciplinary network, we have helped seniors and adults with disabilities transition from care facilities into safer, more independent community living. These experiences shaped the foundation of our company and confirmed what we know to be true: with the right support, aging in place and community transitions can be both successful and sustainable.
Our Mission
Today, we bring that same proven approach directly to private-pay clients and families. Our signature 90-day transition programs are designed to provide comprehensive, compassionate support during some of life’s most important changes.
